1. Growing seeds
While sowing the fields, the quality of the seed is exceedingly important for obtaining a high quality crop. We use pure seeds with high similarity and do not contain any kind of impurities.
2. Harvesting
Harvesting is a crucial step in growing oilseeds. Its result largely depends on the correct choice of technique and its concerted work.
3. Seed storage
The collected seeds we clean of impurities, dry and store in bulk in well-ventilated warehouses or in silos of the elevator.
4. Cold pressed
Pressing oils is main part of production. The heart of technology is a highly efficient screw press machine for getting virgin cold pressed vegetable oils.
5. Filtration
Purification of oil from foreign particles (seed residues, sediment) occurs during the filtration step. We implement centrifuge filtration systems on our facilities.
6. Packaging
The filtered oil is poured into dark or light glass containers, sealed and labeled. Bottles with light glass oil are additionally boxed to prevent direct sunlight from entering the product.
7. Delivery
The oil is transported in covered vehicles. Vehicles must be dry, clean and odorless. During loading, transportation and unloading, the oil must be protected from the weather.
